We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fulowear yoga wear purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and exchange service.
Return Policy
Return Period: Within 30 days of receiving your order
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Customized or personalized items
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchange items must meet the return conditions.
Refund Process
- Request Return: Email support@fulowear.com with your order number and reason for return
- Get Authorization: We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and address
- Ship Items Back: Securely package and ship items to the provided address
- Inspection: Once received, we'll inspect items within 3-5 business days
- Process Refund: After approval, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Shipping Costs
- Returns due to defects or shipping errors: We cover return shipping
- Returns for personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.): Customer covers return shipping
- Exchanges: We cover shipping for the replacement item
